Return, Refund, Exchange, Cancellation Policy

We take great care in ensuring the quality of every hijab / scarf before it is shipped.
Every scarf is carefully inspected and packed to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

Return:

At Haya Drapes, we are committed to ensuring you love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact.
  • The item is not purchased during a final sale, clearance, or promotional offer (unless defective).

To initiate a return:
Email us at care@hayadrapes.com with order ID, reason for return, clear images (if the item is defective or incorrect).

Our team will review your request within 24 – 48 hours.
We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on self-shipping.

Free return pickup is available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For returns due to personal preference (e.g., color, style), a nominal return fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund.

Refund:

Refunds will be processed after quality inspection of the returned product.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5 – 7 business days from receiving the product back.

Exchange:

At Hay Drapes, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a smooth and fair experience, we offer a one-time replacement under the following terms:

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen resolution; such variations are not considered defects.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Replacement shipping costs will be borne by Haya Drapes.
  • No additional charges will be applied to the customer for the approved replacement.
  • This policy applies only once per order. Multiple replacement requests for the same order will not be accepted.
  • Products received as replacements are not eligible for further replacement.

Haya Drapes reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after reviewing the submitted details and evidence.

Cancellation

‘Hayadrapes’ reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Technical or pricing errors

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.

Undelivered, Refused, or Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is returned to Hayadrapes due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Customer unavailable or not contactable at the time of delivery
  • Delivery refused by the customer
  • Failure to accept the order after multiple delivery attempts

A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the order amount to cover shipping and handling charges. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to the original payment method.
